Comedy explosive British Lions Oven has the luxury to knock out the much afraid now of the West: Islamic terrorism.
Our four lions (the passionate leader, the congenital idiot, the simpleton who talks to animals and old hand) are tired of hanging around in their gray London suburb. To brighten their day, they decided to suicide bombers. Their video essays for their future demands for an internship in Pakistan, the homemade bombs crash test of a raven, we follow the teaching of these budding terrorists until the grand finale!
Brilliantly written, Four Lions is full of humor brat, between irony and acerbic first degree. Situation comedy, character, word, we are witnessing a wave of hilarious sequences, touching and offbeat. How do you become a martyr by jumping on a sheep? Why run your knees bent? Is there a difference between a bear and a wookie? Should we be afraid of a drone? So many absurd questions and even more outlandish answers for this film that rises smoothly to the coveted spot of comedy of the year.
Subversive, Four Lions derides the "victims" as well as the "executioners". Like what, with the talent, we can laugh at anything.

Presented as the Swiss for the beautiful Moon by Duncan Jones, scheduled this year Strange the last Festival, yet radically departs from Cargo. If we are indeed witnessing a closed-door space, plot, she abandons the fast track and paranoid psychological Moon to venture into a movie survey (a whodunit) and especially a final twist (with political content) but I would be remiss if you spoiler.
the duo's first feature, Cargo surprised by its effectiveness. Glacial scenery, atmosphere poisonous, a perfectly controlled rhythm, the film manages to intrigue the world. Too bad that the last sentence to justify the major turning narrative, but is an honest SF film, to achieve neat and minimalist.

Survival of the Dead, George A. Romero. Grandpa Zombie
Stuck on an island off the U.S. east coast, two feuding families, the O'Flynn and Muldoon, survive against the rampant invasion zombies, despite some strategies somewhat different: to kill everything that looks like an undead or attempt to domesticate. After the umpteenth confrontation, O'Flynn was exiled on the continent. There he met a gang of mercenaries seeking peace (!) And now the merry band on the road to new adventures.
Romero endlessly pull the string zombie, for better (Night of the Living Dead, Zombie) or worse (Diary of the Dead) and unfortunately this new album leans dangerously towards stew. Resuce with a scenario more than an old Vichy pastille, characters without caricature and second degree and commissioning Directed desperately flat, Survival of the Dead boring. Few meters of intestine, brain exploded close up, eyes rolling and syncopated approach, as saying that Romero will revolutionize anything cinematically, substrate injects no political brief is the bare minimum (and even one day strike).
film that wants a theatrical release, Survival of the Dead hardly deserves a direct to DVD. Romero seems more and more like the shadow of the filmmaker that he was, in his own zombified filmography. We are still waiting the final burst.
