When The Wizard of Oz appears in Book 1 st January 1900, its author, Frank Baum, did not realize how his characters symbolize the coming century. The diabolic Claro translator, experienced in American culture and his books monsters (James Flint, Thomas Pynchon ...), was therefore seized the country beyond the rainbow to propel it in the first fifty years of the twentieth century. In search of their origins forgotten, Dorothy and her friends are so caught up with the cruel reality of a world where their utopia technicolor hell of the trenches alongside and later in the camps.
Making use of semantic shift and symbolism (the tornado of Oz becomes a mushroom cloud, Oz and meet ... Auschwitz), Claro telescope is reality and fiction with a hair-raising speed, creating a veritable literary fission. The dream worlds and nightmare display their twinship confusing, and draw a twentieth-century history of a sudden clicking of heels (and Dorothy or SS), and confrontation devastating hurricane film (Snow White or Oz).
Rebel Memorandum, Cosmoz oscillates between scholarship and poetry, romance and realism, all carried by a literary breath quickening. The French language slumming away land of literature salon and returned disheveled, wanton and happy. Just as the reader!
